The house was manufactured and installed to meet 2016 Scottish Building Standards Gold Performance Requirements, the modular PODs where fully installed on site in 1 day, the house is open to all members of the public to get a true feel of what can be achieved using SIP technology.
The house has exceeded Gold Standard, achieving Platinum Aspect 1
